August 14 - 21

Had a fantastic week - cottage lovely and homely. Pretty lucky with the weather!

Can recommend the drive up to Portmerion - takes a while but includes a nice drive across Snowdonia Park.

Also worthwhile is the trip south to Aberglasney Gardens - absolutely wonderful.

Aberaeron is a nice little place - certainly stop for an ice cream at the 'Honey at the Hive'. Lastly drive out to the Nags Head, Abercych but heed Sally's words and pre-book! Very good pub grub!

Would love to come back in the future .. is babies are allowed.!

A fairy tale cottage we have found
In the middle of nowhere' no traffic not a sound.
The garden lovely, relaxing and quiet outside
So big in fact that a cat in it could hide [or three!]
It's been windy and raining at times it's true
But for our trips out it's been beautiful and sunny
Believe us do!
And to name but a few:
       Llangrannog
       Cardigan Bay
and the Beautiful Welsh Botanical Gardens too!

Enjoyed ourselves so much we'd like to return,
Visiting even more places and about them learn.
A big THANK YOU to Sally and Nick we'd like to impart,
You made us feel so welcome,
Right from the start

What a cosy pretty cottage!
Cathy and I had such a relaxing week and tropical weather.

We had a particularly lovely walk along the coastal path from Cym Tydu to Llangrannog - nice pub in Llangrannog (The Ship)

Thanks so much
